A successful HVAC company in business for over 20 years is seeking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team as an HVAC Service Technician Coordinator/Manager.
Must have at least 5 years of proven work experience in the HVAC Service Field.
Responsibilities will include:
Receiving and dispatching service calls
Assigning the right service technician to each call
Monitoring the technician to ensure that they have everything they need to complete the job
Provide assistance to the technician if needed in diagnosing and repairing HVAC units
Ensure that each job is completed 100%.
