Requirements:
Must speak both English and Spanish fluently
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car
Willing to learn and follow instructions
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (attics, rooftops, crawl spaces)
Prior HVAC or construction experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Assist technicians with tools, equipment, and installations
Handle material pickups and job site preparation
Maintain job site cleanliness and organization
Follow safety protocols at all times
HVAC Technician – Full-Time
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team at Aire Tech. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in residential and light commercial HVAC service and installation.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
EPA Certification preferred
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (mini splits, central air, etc.)
Communicate effectively with customers and office staff
Maintain clean and accurate service records
