Seeking a experienced lead carpenter (15 years minimum) to work on and manage high end residential and some commercial projects in Manhattan and Westchester.
Project typically involve full gut residential renovations of high end apartments or renovations and additions to single family homes in Westchester NY.
Lead carpenter should be able to direct and manage carpentry crew as well as coordinate all mechanical trades. Blueprint reading as well as good communication skills (phone, e mail, text) is required.
Must understand the importance of running a clean and organized site.
General skill required include: framing metal and wood, finish carpentry, drywall, tile work and layout, cabinet installation,minor plumbing and electric.
Transportation, hand tools, required.
Valid working documents required
