Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance, excellent diagnostic skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension. (Even if you cannot diagnose cars but are a part changer, that is still acceptable.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and provide accurate estimates for repairs.
Use diagnostic equipment and tools effectively to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed on vehicles.
Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the workplace.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanic, preferably in a fast-paced automotive repair shop.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
