My licensed plumber retired years ago and we never finished inspections. Have an old townhouse and looking for a grey haired or no-hair experienced plumber for #1. A complete plumbing inspection and estimates of any repairs. Will pay professional rate on the spot once completed and have you complete repairs. #2. Have my plumbing plans and need my licensed plumber to take me through all inspections and sign off once repairs have been made. Have left ceilings open and do not have gas in the building. Will also work out a bonus upon completion of all DOB sign offs. References required and we will need to work with my architect also. If interested, please provide and phone number for a call back.
