Aqua-Pro Swimming Pools is searching for a motivated, hardworking individual to join its team. The position will include both swimming pool maintenance, equipment repairs, and weekly service, as well as construction/masonry style work. Candidates with 3+ years of experience and a strong mechanical inclination are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Pool Service Technician (weekly maintenance of inground pools, light repair work, open/close basic pools)
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must have a working smartphone
Wage dependent on skill level and experience, with room to advance within the company
Responsibilities:
Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning and chemical balancing to ensure water quality.
Drive to various locations to service pools, adhering to safety protocols.
Open & close basic inground pools (not required but a plus)
Basic equipment troubleshooting & repairs, utilizing mechanical knowledge and hand tools (i.e., basic heater repairs, basic pump repairs, installing/repairing chlorinators, cleaning filters, replacing basic parts like strainer baskets, return fittings, weirs, etc.)
Utilize power tools for equipment repairs and maintenance tasks.
Communicate with clients regarding service schedules and any necessary repairs.
