Position: Plumbing Purchasing Manager
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Plumbing Purchasing Manager to join our team. As a leading provider of plumbing and heating services, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with plumbing suppliers and vendors
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of plumbing products and materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast and plan material requirements
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and keep up-to-date with industry trends
- Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers in a timely manner
- Monitor and analyze purchase data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Continuously improve purchasing processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Plumbing Purchase Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing products, materials, and suppliers
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using purchasing software and systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
