We are looking for someone to become a part of our Plumbing Shop in the role of Plumbing Mechanic. If you are interested supporting the Plumbing Supervisor and their fellow staff maintain Stuytown, then maybe you should work here.

What you will do:
Responsible for Clearing of Kitchen and Bathroom back-up drains, slow drains and total stoppage
Replacement or repairs of Kitchen and Bathroom fixtures & drains
Removal of defective waste lines & installation of new waste lines underneath
Replacement of Kitchen Faucet
Repairs on hot or cold Feed lines
Repairs on existing fixtures and waste lines for Kitchen and bathroom.
Replacement of Bathroom faucet, shower body and toilet bowls.
Clearing of Bathroom and Kitchen waste stacks, floor drains and roof leaders.
Repairs and maintenance of laundry room water supplies, drains and discharge tubs
Toilet stoppages throughout property
What you should have:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a construction trade
Ability to use a tablet-based work order program to complete assigned work orders
Able to multi-task under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
Overtime is available and required in emergency situations
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good time management and organizational skills

Hourly Rate: $26.67
