Job Description:
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
- Perform inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
- Keep an accurate record of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.
MUST:
- 5+ Years with contactable references
- Driver's License
- Must have own hand tools
Preferred:
- Experience with gas piping
- Experience with fire suppression
- Familiarity with NYC Plumbing, Gas, and Mechanical Codes
- Ability to follow blue prints/construction plans
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:30AM - 4:30PM
