Job description
We are a busy award-winning design/build studio based in Brooklyn producing and installing fine custom concrete furniture, sculpture, and green environments throughout the city and the US. We are seeking candidates to join our production team who are detail-oriented, enjoy building things with their hands, take direction, and are responsible. If you are looking for a creative and friendly workplace, and are a team player looking for new skills, this is a good fit for you.
The right candidate will have experience with shop tools. Casting and sculpting are big pluses, though we will train the right person. A valid Driver's license is also required. Applicants must be able to lift 60 pounds, work indoors and out, and be available full-time.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications for fabrication.
Utilize hand and power tools, including constructing molds and components.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain safety standards.
Travel and assist at on-site installations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.50 per hour
