Job Description:
We’re seeking a Refurb Tech and Networking Specialist to play a pivotal role in our refurbishing process. You will work on both our existing range of devices and new high-end networking products like routers, managed switches, and enterprise firewalls. This position is crucial for ensuring all devices meet our strict quality standards and for driving the expansion of our product line.
Responsibilities:
Refurbish and repair a variety of tech products, with an increasing focus on high-end networking devices.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across both current and new product lines.
Replace components and ensure all devices are up to operational standards.
Conduct thorough quality control checks.
Assist in the integration and testing of new product types to expand our market reach.
Requirements:
Experience or strong interest in networking and IT equipment.
Keen attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Basic computer skills; CCNA diploma is a significant plus.
