Advanced alteration tailor needed for a prestigious bespoke tailor in the city, to help produce classic garments that are cut and catered to our individual clients' patterns and needs.
Our ideal tailor should be able to: chip shoulders, shorten sleeves from shoulder, hem with precision, take in waistbands, etc. A bespoke background is most ideal.
We offer a wonderful work environment in Manhattan, flexible working hours, and use of our private fitted workspace. We are happy to accommodate new graduates, self-made students, or masters alike who may be looking for a side opportunity with private space.
Pay is dependent on expertise level, and typically allotted as a day rate. 1-2 days a week to start.
