Established NYC HVAC Service and Maintenance Company: Trademark Mechanical
Seeking a Skilled and Experienced HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician for High End Residential and Commercial Repair and Maintenance Work in Manhattan and Brooklyn
-Must have experience and be able to independently troubleshoot, diagnose and repair both air and water cooled systems in High End Residential and Commercial jobsites in Manhattan and Brooklyn
-Must be able to trace/troubleshoot wiring issues and independently (without the assistance of a Senior Tech) perform repairs such as control replacements, compressor replacements, motor/shaft/bearing replacements, expansion valve replacements, pressure cleanings, control wiring troubleshooting and refrigerant leak tests
Minimum 7 years' experience working in Manhattan and Brooklyn as a Senior repair/troubleshooting technician.
-Ability to use Daikin/LG/Mitsubishi Software a Plus
-Must have valid driver's license and be comfortable driving a work van in NYC.
