Responsibilities:
✅ Fabricate custom set pieces, cabinetry, and millwork from drawings and plans
✅ Install set pieces, cabinetry, and millwork on-site with precision
✅ Prepare and apply finishes, including painting and staining, to set pieces and cabinetry
✅ Operate hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials
✅ Ensure high-quality craftsmanship in every step of the fabrication and installation process
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
✅ Follow instructions and work alongside senior team members to meet deadlines and ensure quality
Qualifications:
️ 3+ years of experience in set installation, fabrication, or painting
️ Strong knowledge of woodworking, fabrication techniques, and painting methods
️ Experience with custom set building and woodworking tools
️ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
️ Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
️ Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
