Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and construction workers.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
- Manage material procurement and inventory to ensure timely availability of resources.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Site Foreman in high-end construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing luxury residential and commercial construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
- OSHA certification and other relevant safety training are preferred.
