We are hiring a fabric cutter to assist our Master cutter in our Garment District workroom.
Responsibilities-
- assist Master cutter to cut our dress samples
- Interpret and follow patterns, drafts, and specifications to cut fabric accurately.
- Operate cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Measure and mark fabric for cutting, ensuring precision in dimensions.
- Maintain the integrity of the fabric during the cutting process to minimize waste.
- Conduct routine maintenance on cutting tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Must have-
- experience cutting sample patterns in NYC
We offer-
- hourly salary of $22/ hour
- can be full time or part time

This is an in person position in the Garment District.
Hours are 9- 5 Monday through Friday.
