I would like to skim coat our building's front basement well and will provide photos of the 160 sq. feet to be skim coated to the mason I select. Have recently skim coated a cement porch in Florida and would like a list of the tools and supplies you would need to do this job along with the hours needed. for picking up materials and a pressure washer. Believe this job should take 4-6 hours at the most and I would like to pay $450 cash {$60 per hour est.} for the work and materials.
