Job Title: Tile Mechanic
Pay: $25 per hour with annual increases

Job Description:
We are a growing, high-end tile installation company seeking an experienced Tile Mechanic to join our team. This position is ideal for a skilled installer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works efficiently, and understands proper tile installation methods.
Responsibilities:
Perform tile installations including floors, walls, showers, and niches
Make accurate cuts using wet saws and angle grinders
Properly back-butter tiles and set tile to industry standards
Grout tile cleanly and consistently
Work alongside the Lead Tile Installer to complete projects efficiently
Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite organization
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
Prior experience as a tile mechanic or advanced tile helper is required
Must be proficient with tile saws, angle grinders, and basic layout
Must understand proper tile setting and grouting techniques
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable transportation to job sites in the 5 boroughs and Nassau County, Long Island
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
