Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on carpentry skills and the ability to manage day-to-day field operations for interior renovation projects. You’ll lead a small crew, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure work meets our high quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and perform all phases of interior renovation carpentry, including framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and finish carpentry.
Interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately and with attention to detail
Plan and sequence work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Ensure quality control, proper materials usage, and site safety compliance.
Perform layout, measurements, and troubleshooting on active job sites.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum 5–7 years of residential or commercial carpentry experience.
Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of interior renovation practices and building codes.
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and shop drawings.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and own hand tools.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
Spanish Speaking a plus.
