High-end, large, busy wood millwork shop in Greenpoint, Brooklyn needs an experienced Wood Finisher. 40-55 hours a week with 1.5 x pay over 40 hours of work. $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience. Paid holidays, sick days, vacation. Must have legal status.
Must have experience mixing stains, cerusing, polyurethane & conversion varnish finishes, tinting topcoat & all other aspects of wood finishing.
Candidate must be a proficient finisher, organized, work efficiently & able to communicate well.
