Reputable NYC-based Delivery and Logistics Company is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to work onsite for one of its major clients.
Job Description
Monitor customer orders as they come in
Dispatch couriers when orders are placed
Follow up with couriers as to the accurate completion of orders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of Customer Service
Ability to maintain accurate records / documentation
Ability to understand and follow instructions
Data entry skill
Reliable and dependable
Ability to multi-task
Must be able to pass a background check
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma
1-3 years’ dispatching experience preferred

This position reports to the site manager
