Position 1: Full-Time FedEx Drivers
As a FedEx Driver, you will be part of a team of skilled professionals ensuring efficient and timely deliveries within the Queens, NY neighborhood. This role offers the chance to work six days a week, including Sundays.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate delivery vehicles on assigned routes.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
Background Check: A full criminal background check is required.
Drug Testing: Must be able to pass a drug test.
Driving Record: A clean driving record is essential. No moving violations or citations within the past 36 months. DMV records will be checked.
Reliability: Must be reliable and dependable. We have a zero-tolerance policy for absenteeism and tardiness.
Experience: Prior experience with FedEx or any other courier delivery service is preferred.
Position 2: FedEx Delivery Manager
We are also seeking a skilled and experienced FedEx Delivery Manager to lead and oversee our delivery operations. This leadership role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a delivery management position, preferably with FedEx or another courier service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise delivery operations within the Queens, NY neighborhood.
Lead and train a team of drivers to ensure efficient route management.
Maintain fleet vehicles and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate daily operations to meet delivery targets and customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve any operational challenges.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a delivery management role.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
Reliability: Must be reliable and have strong organizational skills.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to FedEx standards and policies.
Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise with both drivers and management.
