Key Responsibilities
Safely pick up and deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated locations.
Efficiently navigate city streets and utilize public transportation (subway, buses) to ensure timely deliveries.
Operate a smartphone or company-issued device to access routing information, delivery instructions, and maintain accurate records.
Handle packages with care, including loading and unloading using a hand truck or cart.
Maintain professional communication with clients, customers, and the dispatch team.
Follow dispatch instructions and comply with all safety protocols and best operational practices.
Perform duties in various weather conditions.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and packages.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physically fit with the ability to walk for extended periods.
