Waterlily car service-Black car base need continuous Medicaid Transportation Drivers
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Transporting Medicaid customers to and from medical appointments daily
-Transporting non-Medicaid customers- fee for service customers daily
-Arrive at destination on time and are reliable
-Use Navigation application to determine the best route (GPS)
-Ensure the vehicle is fueled and ready for use
-Keep driver's license, registration and car insurance up to date (all licensures must be in the drivers' name)
-Look professional at all times during work hours (White shirt, black pants and black shoes)
-Be respectful to all customers they pick up
-Drive in a safe manner
-Document all trips
-Provide minor maintenance and upkeep on their vehicle
-Carry packages and luggage of customer
-Drive any black vehicle
-Assist clients in and out of vehicle
-Flexible schedule: Available to work as needed
-Follow relevant and safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation
-Able to use the GPS
Requirements/Skills:
-18 years or older
-Two years driving experience
-Bilingual is a plus but not required
Job Types:
-Contract, Part-time, Full time (preferred but not required)
Pay:
$967.50 -$1,000 per week
Schedule: We need to cover all shifts
-Monday to Sunday
-Holidays
-Day Shift (7am-3pm)
-Night shift (3pm-11pm)
-Evening Shift (11pm-7am)
-On call
-Weekends
License/Certification:
-New York Driver's License (required)
-TLC license (required)
-TLC plates (required)

Once we have received these documents and TLC approved your documents, you will be called for an appointment for a phone interview.
TLC require a base transfer if you are applying to work for Waterlily Car Service and is currently working for another base. A base transfer will remove you from your job at the base you are working for so you can work for my base. TLC currently does not a base affiliation form to ADD drivers, which means you will not be able to drive for my base and your base that you are currently driving with.
If you are not currently at a base, Please go to TLC.com to print the base transfer form. Once you have the base transfer form, fill out the driver information, sign and email it to nazrelee.d1@yahoo.com.
