Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Self-Loader Tow Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating tow trucks, with a focus on self-loader vehicles. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a self-loader tow truck to transport vehicles, equipment, and other items as needed.
- Respond to towing requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, and securing of vehicles.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients.
- Complete all required documentation accurately.
- Maintain and inspect the truck regularly to ensure it is in proper working condition.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience as a Tow Operator, specifically with self-loader trucks.
- Valid DCWP Tow Truck Operator License required.
- Strong knowledge of towing procedures and safety standards.
- Ability to operate self-loader equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
