Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing goals.
Manage our social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitter.
Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and tone across all platforms.
Content Creation
Design and produce high-quality, engaging content, including posts, videos, stories, and ads.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos.
Write compelling copy tailored to specific platforms and target audiences.
Engagement & Community Building
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, building a loyal online community.
Identify opportunities for collaboration with influencers and partners to amplify reach.
Conduct audience research to understand customer needs, trends, and preferences.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
Optimize strategies based on data insights to improve performance.
Stay informed of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
Campaigns & Growth
Plan and execute social media campaigns for promotions, sales, and product launches.
Drive traffic to our website through strategic posts and advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
