We’re scaling a lifestyle health/wellness TikTok to 1M+
Need a TikTok Content Lead/Producer who will run the process end-to-end.
You’ll lead two in-person shoot sessions per week in our downtown Manhattan apartment and around NYC and ensure edited videos are ready to post every day.
Your mission:
Own the content calendar: plan and prioritize a 7-day posting cadence + 2 posts per day.
Lead the creator on set: direct poses, lines, hooks, pacing, and setups
Run 2 shoot days/week: shot lists, lighting, audio, b-roll, retakes
Edit for daily output: cutdowns, captions, on-screen text, sounds, thumbnails
Post or schedule daily in TikTok; maintain drafts, backups, and file organization
Use ChatGPT Pro (provided) to generate scripts, hooks, and trend remixes
Track performance and iterate: double down on winners, kill what doesn’t work
You’re a fit if you
Are 18-24 years old, reliable, and comfortable leading and giving clear direction
Already make TikToks or are eager to learn fast and deliver consistently
Know hooks, pacing, and aesthetics - and can translate ideas into camera-ready beats
Can commute easily to Tribeca/SoHo and thrive in a fast, founder-led environment
Schedule & location
In-person: 1–2 sessions/week (4-6 hrs each) for filming
Daily ownership: ensure 2 post goes live every day (remote editing ok between shoots)
