My client is hiring for an IT Business Analyst in NYC, NY. This is a Hybrid position / only About the position:
Engage with business stakeholders in the Finance and Accounting Operations teams across all locations to understand key business objectives and goals, analyze process and systems opportunities, and manage solution delivery through the development lifecycle.
Analyze processes to proactively identify efficiency improvements, and work with constituents to challenge assumptions and ingrained methods to design and implement solutions.
Develop/update functional specifications including data mapping, process flow diagrams, integration timing and logic.
Design, support, and perform integration testing, functional unit testing, and user acceptance testing.
Produce end user documentation and lead training delivery for key users.
Analyze user roles and support process of mapping users to proper security roles, complying with the rules for segregation of duties and limits to access confidential data.
Requirements:
