ON-SITE Call Center RepresentativeContract role:This role is ideal for a new or recent college graduate looking to gain experience in the finance industry. This is virtually a paid internship where you can gain industry knowledge within the finance and investment industry!Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Associates Degree REQUIRED

Strong Communication Skills - will be making outbound calls to shareholders using a shareholder call list

Flexible work schedule -10-6, 12-8, 1-9, and Saturday availability

Job Overview:

Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists.

Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals voting options.

Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates.

Log information into Access Database

Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated.

Work Environment:

Brand new renovated office

Candidates can expect a 40+ hr work week during busy season. available:

Mon-Saturday 40/hours PLUS OVT – 10:00AM-6PM

Possibility to switch into the Remote shifts of 12-8, 1-9, or 2-10PM (Saturday availability)

(Occasional mandatory overtime on Saturdays based on work load).

Fast-paced call center environment where you are expected to make 20-25 calls/hr

Call volume is monitored on a weekly basis to make sure you are meeting quota

Team oriented and work closely with other client services reps

Casual type atmosphere and big promoters of trying to create a fun work environment
