Must be available to work without any sponsorship) Hybrid – 3 days onsite Job Summary: 5+ years of experience supporting Treasury System/Banking applications/ Payment Systems and VMware infrastructure Must have: - Application support for payment systems/network such as SWIFT, FedLine Advantage or CHIPS - Working experience with Windows Server 2019/2022, vSphere 7.0, vCenter 7.0, VMware SRM 8.0. - Proven experience with data storage and replication technologies using preferably EMC Unity and EMC RecoverPoint - Very strong troubleshooting skills - Proven experience in supporting critical production systems - Ability to work independently - Proven experience in working with end users and external technical support - Very good interpersonal skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook - Ability to prioritize daily work, projects, and time sensitive requests - Ability to be a team player - Good written and oral communication skills - Experience with implementing/up[grading complex applications Major pluses: - Past experience with Actimize - Experience with Finastra Summit Pluses: - Manage Hardware in a Data Center environment - Working experience with iSeries/AS400 systems - Experience coordinating and participating in disaster recovery planning and testing - Familiarity with storage networking technologies such as Fiber Channel and ISCSI - Develop policies and procedures - Analyze existing operations and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure
