L1 Voice Engineer New York, NY Long term Phone and Skype Job Description Energetic, highly motivated, goal oriented, L1 Engineer to design, implement, support and maintain solutions in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
The candidate will work in a team environment contributing technical expertise to the support of complex VoIP solutions.
Must be a team player and possess excellent interpersonal, documentation and communication skills.
Qualifications
Strong Level 1 hands on experience with IPC Unigy, Verba (also called Verint) CUCM 11.5.x, Cisco Jabber, SBC
3+ years' L1 experience
Support of large Cisco voice platforms across several countries.
Integration with IP trading floor telephony systems a plus.
Experience in SIP trunk connections to the voice carriers, interconnection to other collaboration platforms.
Good knowledge of Network & Firewall checkpoint capability to interact with the network and firewall team to troubleshoot an incident.
Good knowledge of Windows and VMware.
