Lead and manage nursing operations, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Collaborate with all levels of nursing staff to maintain effective communication and compliance.

Oversee the care planning process, ensuring it meets the individual needs of each resident.

Foster a culture of ongoing learning, keeping nursing practices up-to-date and aligned with current standards.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of all medical records.

Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new nursing staff.

Maintain flexibility in your work schedule to meet the dynamic needs of the facility.

Position Requirements:

Current New York State RN license required.

A minimum of 3-years experience in Long-Term Care settings.

Strong staff training and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
