A successful farm-to-table hospitality group seeks an experienced manager for its wedding operation in upstate New York, in the Catskills. Our group operates 2 gorgeous wedding venues spanning 400+ acres. We serve farm-to-table cuisine and operate full bars at both venues. Our farm also grows produce and raises livestock.
Accommodation upstate and transportation to and from work will be provided by the venue. Candidates have the option to relocate for the wedding season from April through October, living and working full-time upstate during the beautiful spring/summer and fall seasons.
Owning a car and having a valid driver's licence is required

Required Skills Include:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail, great listener, understanding clients needs, and great interpersonal skills
Multi-tasking, work well under pressure during events weekend
Leadership skills and ability to manage a large team; experience with staff scheduling, training, motivation
Ideally at least 2-3 years' of managing and executing large-scale events
