Looking for an experienced live in caregiver who is a US Citizen to care for an able bodied client with Early Onset Alzheimers. The individual must be interested in health and wellness and enjoy working out alongside her (swimming, running, yoga, zumba) enjoys the outdoors and can be a good companion who will engage in these activities with the client.
Must be willing to engage in conversations throughout the day with client, execute cognitive activities, participate in arts in crafts, be creative in keeping the client physically and cognitively engaged. Love going to get mani pedis and know how to give a client full agency.
Warm welcoming personality is a must and ability to work undistracted by personal phone calls etc. Communication skills are a must and the ability to read and follow instructions for care. Receptive to feedback that allows for the healthiest environment for the client as the disease progresses.
Must have transportation and a drivers license.
