Vacation/short term rental company with high quality accommodations, seeking Housekeeping Supervisors for the summer rental season. Work available various days of the week; end of May 2024 to end of August 2024. Oneonta and Goodyear Lake area. Supervisory experience preferred but willing to train ambitious individuals starting end of April. The primary objective of Housekeeping Supervisors/Zone Leaders is to ensure the quality of housekeeping. The goal is to ensure the cleaners have the tools, guidance and support necessary to perform top quality work in the minimum amount of time necessary by facilitating communication, motivating team members, planning and seeking solutions. This person will be the primary point of contact for the cleaners and will perform quality assurance inspections of the cleaners' work, and corrections as necessary. Availability on specific days of the week, 8 AM - about 5:30 PM is a MUST. Clean driving record and reliable transportation a MUST. Job requires you to travel between different property locations within a 5 mile radius, and travel to the main office and/or storage facilities as needed.
