New York Skin and Vein Center is looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating copy and video content with our owner and graphic designer, managing posts and responding to followers.
As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our companyâs views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Design and implement social media strategy to align with our business goals â¨
Report on ROI
â¨Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, â¨videos and news) â¨
Monitor traffic metrics
â¨Collaborate with marketing, owner and customer service â¨
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews â¨
Oversee social media accountsâ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile â¨pictures and blog layout) â¨
Suggest and implement new features such as promotions and specialsâ¨
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications â¨
Requirements
Direct Marketing Mindset
Proven work experience as a Social media manager
â¨Hands on experience in content management
â¨Excellent copywriting skills
â¨Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) â¨
Knowledge of online marketing channels esp Facebook and Instagramâ¨
Familiarity with FB and Instagram designâ¨â¨
This is a half time position with 3 month probation leading to full time thereafter if the ROI is profitable.
