Hey neighbors! I'm currently seeking 2 experienced remodelers and 1 experienced laborer for my crew.
Experienced remodelers should have at least 10 years experience, and laborers at least 1 year.
I'm a craftsman, and will expect top quality work. I don't cut corners or take short cuts. If your not patient in the trades I'm not the one you want to work for.
To me, the little things make all the difference, and every detail matters.
I expect workers to work, period. No phones, no drugs, no drinking before or during work. I have high end customers who expect clean cut and hard working sober workers.
Pay is cash, and wage is based on experience. Beginning wage is $15-$20 per hour (negotiable, based on experience). Work is consistent, and I pay my workers before myself.
