Be a Food Professional understand the food and beverage you are serving so you know what you are speaking about; offer prompt, excellent service to create a wonderful dining experience for the guest; handle cash/credit accurately and timely. Be a Safety & Security Agent follow your hotel's established safety and security policies & procedures. Anticipate problems and call management as needed.
