This position requires proficient skills and experience in carpentry and electronics. In addition, the Trades Generalist must have the ability to work on building projects such as installing windows, walls and ceilings. The Trades Generalist will be required to work with and assist other trades and departments as required. The supervision of others in maintenance, repair, installation, and construction activities may also be included. Maintenance Trades is responsible for repairs to campus infrastructures and preventative maintenance. We are part of the Administration & Finance division which provides essential services to our campus, local, state, federal and international customers. We are responsible for human, physical, financial and technical resources.
