About us:
Summit 46 Properties: We are a privately owned, family run vacation rental business. We are growing rapidly and are looking for people to help us provide high quality stays for our guests. We have four units that will be available for rent: one is currently in operation, two are coming in October, and the other will be available in February. About You:
- 2 years’ experience as a cleaner in a professional setting
- Experience must include having worked at a large hotel chain (ie. Hilton, Marriot, Best Value etc.)
- Include at least 3 professional references with your resume
About the position:
- Part time work, shifts change monthly. Must be available all 7 days a week, but you will only need to work 3-4 days each week (ie. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Wednesday’s schedule is common). Schedule is set 30 days in advance of cleanings. Cleaning dates may change last minute and staff must be able to accommodate that in the event that it does happen on rare occasion (last minute changes could happen once a month).
- Must be able to work between the hours of 11am and 3pm
- All cleaning supplies are provided for you
- Detailed instructions have been created for you to follow, step-by-step, to clean the house
- We are a top tier vacation rental company; you will have some kind of work each week. Our rentals are of top quality, and we pay top dollar for high quality cleaning jobs. Your work will be inspected, and if it is not up to our standards, we will work with you to improve your cleaning methods so as to provide our customers with the perfect environment for their stay.
- Pay is $30/hour – changeover cleanings are to be completed in two hours, so you will be paid $60 each time you clean
- Each unit should not take any longer than 2 hours each, and on certain days you may be expected to clean two units between the hours of 11am and 3pm. On days like that, earnings could reach $120/day for 4 hours of cleaning.

Must be able to:
- Must have a car and be able to drive during winter conditions – we are not responsible for your transportation to work and you should have car insurance, AAA etc.
- Wash and fold laundry without wrinkles
- Clean kitchen, shower/bath, microwave, do dishes, clean stove inside and out, refrigerator, sinks, tables, countertops
- Must dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop after each stay
- Get into tight spots to clean
- Keep an eye on supplies in the house and notify manager when items need to be re-stocked
- Must be able to drive yourself to work, having a car is necessary
- Not be afraid to get dirty
