Chef William Darrah is looking for an experienced Sous Chef with passion and desire to improve themselves in all aspects of the kitchen. Ideal candidates will have the following traits & skills;

-Must have the flexibility to work weekends, holidays (we are closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas), and evenings.
-Time management skills and attention to detail are a must and this is a fast paced kitchen environment.
