We are interviewing/ taking applications for my mother elderly care.
She is 87 years old and lives in Champlain New York.
She lives in a two bedroom. One bath privately owned apartment on the first floor.
We renovated the apartment and brought in all new furniture. Both bedrooms, queen beds, beautiful couch, flat screen televisions, very nice, peaceful setting in the country.
Close to shopping like Price Shopper and Walmart.
We are looking for somebody with experience at taking care of elderly.
She has dementia.
But is very easy to care for.
We are looking for a live in position.
We are looking for a female to live in this two bedroom. One bath fully furnished and beautiful apartment and take care of her full time.
We buy all the food, we pay all the bills, electric, propane, Wi-Fi, yard, trash, Netflix, YouTube,
This downstairs apartment does have a beautiful one large yard and has a large outdoor deck off the back table and chairs for relaxing. It also has washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped All the pots, pans, air fryers you would need for cooking.
With the cost of living being high, this is a unique and great opportunity for both of us.
The money you make you would be able to save.
You will have no out of pocket.
Also included is an extra income on top of taking care of my mother. My granddaughter lives next door with my daughter and my daughter just started full-time employment.
We are offering $3,000 a month for taking care of my mother
Additional income is 1200 a month to take care of our 1 and 1/2-year-old granddaughter from 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday
We are open minded to couple weekends off of a month in case you wanted to travel back to your home, your family, etc
So this job would pay $4,200 a month and you would have no out of pocket. You can save all your money
We are located on the New York Canadian border located in Champlain, New York. You can Google that and it will give you the area we are in.
It is approximately 30 minutes north of Plattsburgh, New York
We are one mile off of lake Champlain which is beautiful.
Qualifications required
Non-smoking
Single
Driver's license and have your own vehicle
Experience in elderly care/ dementia / incontinence.
Moderate to delicious cooking experience
