CHANGE HVAC Marketing is a small but growing boutique firm looking for a sharp, focused, and experienced bookkeeper. If you’re the type of accounting ace who can juggle multiple projects, chase down AWOL receivables, and grab the phone, all while keeping the AR/AP machine running, then you’ll rock this position.
You’ll work independently, but will interact daily with your co-workers to keep us all on track and our projects on budget.

This is a part time position with the possibility to transition to full time.
Responsibilities:
Perform customer billings and review for accuracy
Input payables and verify vendor invoices
Provide analysis and reports to the team as requested
Monthly reconciliation of all accounts
Interacting with management, employees and vendors
Perform scanning, filing, typing, and data entry of accounting and business office records
Maintain strict confidentiality of clients, staff and of fiscal records
Manage billing related customer inquiries and update records
Perform collection calls as needed
Prepare payroll for service provider
Process vendor payments and maintain vendor relationships
Maintain office supplies to ensure smooth work flow
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Answer phones
Track staff PTO
Qualifications:
BS or equivalent in Accounting
5 to 7 years of prior Accounting experience
Comfortable managing multiple priorities without constant supervision
Work independently or part of a team when required
Meet deadlines and work professionally and cooperatively with a wide range of people
Proficiency at QuickBooks
