Job Description: Sous Chef for Mexican Restaurant in upstate NY

fluency in Spanish is required

-60 hour work week. Hours and days: Wednesday-Sunday 10:00AM-10:00PM

Sous Chef is responsible for the day-to-day culinary operations in a professional kitchen. Functions include: menu creation, food purchasing, and maintenance of quality standards.

A Sous Chef assumes the role of cost controlling and maintaining food cost and supervises storage, stocking and sanitation procedures.

Medical insurance offered, sponsorship available for Sous Chef and Sous Chef's whole family.

First month's rent is paid for. The Sous Chef's whole family can live with them. Owner of restaurant will help find a place for them to live near the restaurant, in upstate New York.

Salary range for all positions are 65K-70K.
