Market Squeeze is a local company looking to hire. We are looking for someone that is reliable, trust-worthy, and takes pride in their work. This job is flexible and there is room to grow for a motivated individual. Ideal candidate has kitchen/prep experience and can demonstrate a knack for efficiency.
Pay is commensurate with ability and experience (range $12-16 per hour).
Core responsibilities:
Prepare fresh fruit and vegetables (cut, wash, store)
Operate juicers
Produce juices per recipes provided.
Bottle and label juices
Maintain a clean and efficient work space and clean equipment
Work at local farmer's markets stocking/showcasing/selling product
Speak knowledgably about the products (nutritional info, health benefits, ingredients, process, shelf life, etc.)
Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Ability to regularly lift cases of produce (up to 50 lbs.)
Availability:
Negotiable. Fridays Mandatory.
Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday 9am-4pm
20-30 Hours per week depending on employee choice.
Hours may vary slightly due to weather, customer demand, or special events
Additional Skills:
Operate a pallet jack
Kitchen/Prep experience
Servsafe Food Handling Certification (Not mandatory. We will cover the cost of certification post hire)
