We need a skilled repair person for a large range of apartment repairs. Drywall, painting, flooring, remodeling, electrical. The more knowledge you have the better. Must have tools, vehicle/truck and license to have this position.

Self starter that can diagnose a problem and handle the situation is a must. Be respectful, professional and good with people.
