Accounts Receivables: Works across organization directly with Field Sales, Accounting, Logistics and Customer Care to resolve customer discrepancies Including but not limited to: Promotional billbacks, Pricing, Shortages, Scan Downs, RTV-Returns, Advertising, Mark Downs, Spoils, Non-Compliance. AR Manager needs to ensure the propriety of all promotional payments and deductions and needs to minimize the involvement of sales, however still maintaining their accountability. Monitoring of Accounts Receivable mailboxes and other correspondence channels. Handle credit card processing and perform period reconciliation.Fixed Assets: Maintain Fixed Assets including depreciation, its integration with Capital spending, loaned equipment asset location system and the GL. Determine and prepare all journal entries, reconcile to the GL, and prepare roll forward. Given the order of magnitude of loaned equipment, responsibility requires heavy collaboration with Customer Care, Technical Service and Logistics. Identify and resolve all write-off and/or retirements of fixed assets, including our loaned equipment. Collaborate with various functions and including the Account Close team, to do this work. Summarize all transactions for tax purposes. Ensure data integrity of all transactions generated in the GL for Fixed Assets, daily. Maintain and track capital appropriations spending to budget and forecasts.
