The Spa Concierge reports directly to the Spa Leadership Team and is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction through booking appointments, touring prospective guests, upgrading services, selling retail products and being an overall concierge to the guests.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSchedule various services for individuals and large groups utilizing the spa reservations software system. Follow up with guests as neededRecommend and up-sell various spa services to guestsReinforce promotions and specialsMaintain confidentiality of all guest informationAct as “Go to” person for all guests. Having full knowledge of all treatments, classes, and products the Spa has to offerOperate Spa’s point of sale equipment and effectively handle cash and credit card transactions
