Req Number 123650Job DescriptionConstructs, repairs and maintains fixtures, furniture, structural woodwork, interior and exterior masonry, etc., using hand and/or power tools.Job Responsibility1.Performs repairs, replaces and maintains building and masonry to interior and exterior of building, using both hand and power tools.2.Repairs furniture, equipment, and machinery.3.Installs and repairs minor electrical equipment and lighting fixtures.4.Performs minor plumbing jobs.5.Repairs roofs, roads, sidewalks and interior and exterior stairs and steps.6.Makes minor repairs to heating, air conditioning and ventilating equipment.7.Makes minor repairs to ice machines, and refrigerators.8.Performs fire alarm panel and fire protection equipment operation as needed.9.Flexible for shift coverage and changes as required.10.Performs daily maintenance work order assignment in the assigned areas and locations.11.Performs daily equipment rounds and other inspections as assigned.12.Performs emergency repairs as needed. Communicates these repairs with Director of Plant Operations.13.Completes all required paperwork and logs, including work orders and daily time report, etc.14.Assists in removal of snow.
