Konecranes and Demag are currently seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Business Controller to join our head office in Smithfield, NSW. The purpose of this position is to correctly and timely report, identify, plan, and develop key financial measurements relevant to the business and to drive development of controlling practices in the organisation. Working in good cooperation with the Business Control team, Financial Control team, as well as front lines to support business operations such as sales and project management.Duties and responsibilities include: Monthly operative reporting according to the group policies and reconciliation processesMonthly and quarterly forecasting, as well as annual and long-term business planningProfit and loss and balance sheet analysis and reconciliationMaintain and implement internal controls, develop best practices in the organisationAssist with internal and external auditing Customer credit limit management, new customers creation, and review of existing customersAssist with special projects and ad-hoc activitiesSupport front line in financial related areas.Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
